Proactivity is solving problems before they arise and/or handling problems while they are still small (Before they turn into big problems).

Stephen Covey (1932-2012) was the author of the best-selling book The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and other management and business titles. He earned an MBA at Harvard and a doctorate in Mormon Church History and Doctrine from Brigham Young University.[1]
