Cedric Levan Richmond, born September 13, 1973 (age 53), is an African-American Democrat member of the United States House of Representatives for Louisiana's 2nd congressional district, based in New Orleans. In 2010, he unseated the one-term incumbent Republican Joseph Cao.
Richmond is an intolerant totalitarian fascist.[1]
Prior to his election to Congress, he was a member of the Louisiana House of Representatives, in which position he was succeeded by another African-American Democrat, Wesley T. Bishop.
