Blaise; there were engagements in the Middle East, West Africa, the Pacific. The only continent not to be involved was South America. and I am not too sure about that. The last full-scale mass cavalry charge in history took place at Beersheba in the Holy Land in October 1917...by Australians would you believe! It was bloody global, mate!
