Dörrberg im Geratal[1] is a town in Thüringer Wald,[2] Germany that was the location of the death of the notable neurologist Carl Wernicke in 1905 following a tragic bicycle accident[3] when he impaled himself on a brake lever following a collision with a tram.[4]
