Adam Vinatieri is an National Football League kicker for the Indianapolis Colts. In his professional football career with the New England Patriots and Indianapolis Colts he has become known for converting field goals in high pressure situations. In Super Bowl XXXVI, as a member of the New England Patriots, Vinatieri made the game-winning 37 yard field goal.
He is the only kicker in NFL history to win a Super Bowl with two different teams (New England Patriots, Indianapolis Colts).
