This template was designed to make it easier for readers to understand what CP means when it assigns Category "Liberal" or the like, to an article. By placing links at the bottom to those traits CP has decided best describes what a liberal is, it is informative and makes the whole process of research for students easier. Although this might be an unorthodox use for a navigation template, it is the best vehicle for easily getting a user around quickly to gather information and make their own decision.
