Andy, do you have any proof that the Democrats rely upon voter fraud? Any proof that voter fraud is a widespread problem? I don't think you will find any. Voter ID regulation is largely a solution in search of a problem - there's never been a showing that voter fraud is actually a problem.
Rather, the problem with voter ID legislation is that, coupled with voter suppression techniques, it deters the poor, the elderly, or the recent and legal immigrants from voting (because they think they can't/aren't allowed to).
