Andriy Biletsky (b. 1979) was the first commander of the Azov Battalion and a co-founder of the nationalist movement Social-National Assembly. He is presently the leader of the Ukrainian political party National Corps. From 2014 until 2019 Biletsky was a member of Ukrainian parliament.
During the Euromaidan coup, members of the Biletsky's Patriot of Ukraine were among the founders of the notorious fascist Right Sector on 28 November 2013.
