Pro-abortion states include:
- California
- New York

- Maine
- New Mexico
- New Hampshire
Overall, a total of 16 states and D.C. have pro-abortion laws, half of which have sought to expand abortion in 2022. At least two states, Washington and Connecticut, immunize abortion clinics from lawsuits.[1]
Late-term abortions
The following 7 states and D.C. allow late-term abortion:
- Alaska
- Colorado
- District of Columbia
- New Hampshire
- New Jersey
- New Mexico
- Oregon
- Vermont
