Why is this concept so difficult for Westerners to grasp? The United Nations Charter recognized the right of collective self-defense which Uncle Joe Stalin signed onto (it should be noted, Joe Stalin forced the West to recognize the sovereignty of Ukraine and Belarus in 1945 by giving them UN membership; IOWs, from the beginning, Russia's veto power on the Permanent Security Council has always been in the hands of the Russian Federation, and never the USSR collectively). As to Chechnya, Putin and Kadyrov have as much a right to collective self-defense as FDR & Churchill had.  If Kadyrov needs help from Putin to keep the Wahhabis in line, it is not "aggression". Likewise if Putin needs help from Kadyrov to keep the Banderites in line, same think (this internecine strife can and has gone on forever). Mutual back scratching is the basis of NATO. One hand washes the other. This ain't rocket science. RobSZ 14:09, April 25, 2022 (EDT)

The Ukies hate Russians cause Czar so-and-so sent great-great-great-great-great grandpa to Siberia umpteen decades ago. It has nothing to do with communism, cause both Russkis and Ukies were victims of communism (or, as the modern U.S. & NATO-backed Zelensky regime would phrase it, both Russians and Ukrainian collaborators were "Semite-led Untermensch").  Whereas the Chechens, as a minority within the Russian Federation, have made peace with their Christian neighbors, have been granted cultural autonomy, and harbor no grudges for the sins of the Czars and communists, and for grandpa being sent to Siberia.

This you may find interesting, in that images are considered idolatry (remember the 'Draw Muhammad' and Charlie Hedbo incidents or attacks on store manikins in Jedda?). It's an interesting insight into Russian society. RobSLet's Go Brandon! 16:17, April 23, 2022 (EDT)

And the soldier holding the Kadyrov flag is obviously a Slavic Muslim (i.e. "white person" as they would say in the West), not a Turkic Muslim. RobSLet's Go Brandon! 16:19, April 23, 2022 (EDT)

Ukrainian TV host calls for the extermination of Russian families and children.[1]

In this video, you will see a young man (purple cap) in the face of this Ukrainian soldier point one finger up, this is the Islamic gesture for "One God but Allah", and is most likely a Ukrainian Muslim not happy with what the Banderites have done to his nation. RobSLet's Go Brandon! 16:29, April 23, 2022 (EDT)

Definitely an interesting video. Thanks for sharing. Although one minor correction, Chechens aren't Turkic either. They actually belong to an entirely distinctive ethnolinguistic group known as the Northeast Caucasian (or Caspian) peoples. If Chechnya were to become independent, it would be literally the only Caspian-majority country on the planet.--Geopolitician (talk) 16:35, April 23, 2022 (EDT)
My point is, Chechens language and culture is more related to Turkic than Persian or Arabic. RobSLet's Go Brandon! 16:41, April 23, 2022 (EDT)
Contrastingly, the guy who delivered the racist rant on Zelensky's sole TV network obviously has no white boy Slavic features at all, and looks like an Arab. RobSLet's Go Brandon! 16:45, April 23, 2022 (EDT)
Oh, and the guy delivering the racist rant is sniffing (like Zelensky does) like he's a coke head, too. This adds weight to Putin's charge that Kyiv is run by a bunch of "drug addicted Nazis." RobSZ 20:14, April 23, 2022 (EDT)
His name is Fakhrudin Sharafmal, which is not slavic at all. So what you have here is Muslims on both sides of this fight - CIA-funded jihadis and Nazis in Ukraine, and secular Chechen Muslims with Russia. And like Kosovo, there are non-Middle Eastern, Slavic Muslims in Ukraine, in Chechnya, and throughout Russia proper. Virtually all of them speak some form of Russian, and mistakenly thought to be Russian or Ukrainian Orthodox Christians. As in Chechnya, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, and elsewhere you have non-Slavic Russian-speaking Muslims, often stereotyped as ethnic Christian Russian. The whole point is, Russia going back to Czarist times, is centuries ahead of the United States in multicultural diversity, and they just laugh at the US pretending to be in the forefront of the progressive movement. RobSZ 20:30, April 23, 2022 (EDT)
Here's Grozny TV. I find it to be a very interesting channel. Wish I could find the report on them delivering humanitarian relief to Mariupol, which even the fascist Zelensky regime never did. RobSZ 20:56, April 23, 2022 (EDT)
Yes, history will record that the Muslims of Chechnya delivered Christian compassion and humanitarian relief to the people of Mariupol, while the Christians, Jews, atheists, and Nazis of Kyiv did nothing, other than attempt to exterminate the people and Russian majority of Mariupol. RobSZ 21:03, April 23, 2022 (EDT)
Chechen humanitarian relief. Yah, a bunch of bloodthirsty killers, huh? What did Zelensky deliver for the people of Mariupol? RobSZ 03:40, April 24, 2022 (EDT)

The right of collective self defense

[1] It has nothing to do with communism, cause both Russkis and Ukies were victims of communism (or, as the modern U.S. & NATO-backed Zelensky regime would phrase it, both Russians and Ukrainian collaborators were "Semite-led Untermensch").
