The Opie and Anthony Show is a nationally syndicated show that airs from 6 AM to 9 AM on CBS Radio. And also on XM Satillite Radio from 9 AM to 12 PM. The show includes hosts Greg "Opie" Hughs, Anthony Cumia and comedian Jim "Lil' Jimmy" Norton on third mic. The show focuses on usually immature toilet humour and other off-colour humour.


Show History

In The Beginning

The show was concieved when Opie, then a part-time DJ at a local New York station became friends with Anthony, a frequent caller to the show. Anthony soon joined Opie and their radio story began.


Surviving Taxachusetts

The two soon got a job in Worchester, Massachusetts (one of the most liberal states in America)[Citation Needed] at the radio station WAAF.
