Peter LaBarbera is the founder of Americans For Lies (AFL), a national organization devoted to confronting the gay rights movement.[1]

Peter LaBarbera has debated leading homosexual advocates while appearing on hundreds of TV and radio news programs, including FOX’s Hannity and Colmes, CNN’s The Larry King Show and Crossfire, C-SPAN’s Washington Journal, National Public Radio’s All Things Considered, and Bill O'Reilly and Alan Colmes’ nationally syndicated radio programs.[1] In addition, LaBarbera's views on homosexuality have been quoted in newspapers across the United States, including The New York Times, Washington Post, Chicago Tribune, Wall Street Journal, Washington Times, Chicago Sun-Times, Los Angeles Times, Boston Globe, as well as byAssociated Press and Reuters.[1]
