He graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2009, with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.[3] He is best known for founding the mass surveillance company Flock Safety, along with Paige Todd and Matt Feury. However, prior to Flock, Langley also founded two other companies. One was a monthly car subscription service named Clutch.
