Coase Theorem

Lecture 18. In fact, it would appear as if no theorists, regardless of ideological stripe, are mentioned in the syllabus--the syllabus only lays out the broad-strokes version of the concepts that each lecture addresses, not the way in which those ideas will be presented or thought about. Andy--have you read the whole set of notes? EVERYTHING pretty much gets mentioned in a "a narrow, understated manner." The notes are very obviously outlines, and not transcripts of a lecture--moreover, this is obviously an introductory/survey-level course where the goal is quite obviously to introduce studnets to the broad ideas--not to give an in-depth analysis of any one economic idea.
