I have a new username... CPWebmaster
Hi, I'm Ed Poor from Wikipedia. While I was there, I got the development team to make a software change, so that blocked users could still post on their own user talk page. This made it easier for them to appeal their blocks. Which made a "block" a bit less traumatic and less of a "heavy club".
Does a user block here also stop the user from posting on their own user talk page? Or is it like Wikipedia?
