[[Image:Keizo Obuchi.jpg|thumb|right|Keizō Obuchi, former PM of Japan]]'''Keizō Obuchi,''' a (小渕恵三 ''Obuchi Keizō'') (25 June, 1937 – 14 May, 2000) was the 48<sup>th</sup> [[Japan]]ese prime minister who apologized to [[South Korea]] for [[war crimes]] from World War II, on 9 October, 1998. He was first elected to the [[National Diet]] in November 1932 when he was elected to the House of Representatives in November 1963.
