Thomas Szasz (b. April 15, 1920 in Budapest, Hungary) is a psychiatrist who rose to fame after writing his now-signature book The Myth of Mental Illness (1960). Though not theological, his view is similar to that of Orval Hobart Mowrer‎, Perry London, and William Glasser.
