Mormonism a cult?

I just read your response on my talk page objecting to refering to the LDS as a cult. I personally do not consider the LDS to be a cult; however, I do believe that the tenets of the LDS church are in opposition to the Bible, and that is something you will have to study for yourself. Although you may not like the title, there is a book by theologian Walter Martin titled "Kingdom of the Cults" in which he compares what is stated in the Bible side-by-side with what is stated in the Book of Mormon. You have to figure out where you stand, and I told this to three Mormon missionaries who stopped me at my college last year, because what you decide determines where you're going to put your own soul:

Are you willing to go to Heaven for Jesus Christ, or are you willing to go to Hell for Joseph Smith?

Karajou, your statement "are you willing to go to Hell for Joseph Smith?" is very condescending. I come to Conservapedia to contribute to a conservative, Christian encyclopedia and not to debate my faith.
