Benjamin Franklin helped write Pennsylvania's 1776 Constitution. Where is the reference for this quote? I have been a resident of Pennsylvania for 26 years and I have never heard this quote. It is a great quote and it made me happy to see it, but there was no reference to it and one is really needed.
