Earl Pomeroy is a Democrat Congressman from North Dakota. He was fist elected to the United States House of Representatives in 1993, and will run for reelection in 2008. Densely liberal, Pemeroy has voted with the Democrat party 94.2% of the time during throughout the current Congress [1].
