Clamato is a mixture of tomato juice and clam juice. It is popular in parts of Canada, especially New Brunswick. It is the main non-alcoholic ingredient in the popular "Bloody Caesar" cocktail, often called simply a Caesar. Recipe for a Bloody Caesar: 1oz vodka 4oz Clamato 1 celery stalk Salt, pepper and Tabasco Sauce to taste Ice
