                  Manchuria has a government in exile, including an administration, national symbols, embassies, ect. and was a country before the Soviet invasion.                  Manchuria has a government in exile, including an administration, national symbols, embassies, ect. and was a country before the Soviet invasion. It is as much a country as Tibet or any other place conquered by the CPC. JoeJN (JoeJN) 11:53, 5 January 2021 (EST)
