::Mr Martínez, the image does not depict a "marine scene" it depicts a harbor in Alexandria. Just because there is some sea water in the image does not fit Fair Use criteria that the image should be directly related to the subject matter under discussion. If the article was about the Harbor of Alexandria then there may be a claim for fair use subject to the original copyright holder's license. There are many other images of water that could be used. Currently the image is just being used to "pretty up" a very short and insignificant article. [[User:KTDiputsho|KTDiputsho]] 11:03, 20 April 2008 (EDT)
