Ossoff believes that the [[United States]] needs a new voting rights act and a new civil rights act to enact "equal justice and equal rights for all" despite the fact that legislation to ensure such has been passed decades ago.<ref>[https://www.breitbart.com/clips/2020/11/22/ossoff-we-need-a-new-voting-rights-act-and-a-new-civil-rights-act/ Ossoff: We Need a New Voting Rights Act and a New Civil Rights Act]</ref> He also made a conspiratorial claim that Trump's campaign, Perdue, and Loeffer are "trying to undermine the results of the election here is a brazen and direct attack on the voting rights of black voters in Georgia."
