::Yes, actually, there is EVERY reason to hate atheists. Or do I have to remind you that it was atheists who often murdered us and tried to have us become extinct in the French Revolution, the Communist revolutions, Nazi Germany, and plenty of other places in history. Heck, a large part of the reason why we end up being killed easily by them is precisely BECAUSE we "showed mercy" towards them, which ultimately proved stupid like with the [http://www.newadvent.org/cathen/05418a.htm Encyclopedists, the progenitors of the French Revolution, where the Minister of Justice at the time decided to "show mercy" by not killing them or even prosecuting them], and how he later became one of the guillotine victims thanks in large part to that. I'd only be unafraid if we were literally unkillable and unbeatable, and unlike Jesus, we CAN'T rise from the dead. Not to mention thanks to Antonio Gramsci, we've also got atheists actually infiltrating the church to destroy it from within, and I fear he may have ultimately succeeded in the form of Pope Francis. It would only be unjustified if atheists truly didn't try to kill us even once, let alone multiple times throughout history. What's worse is that unlike, say, the Protestant reformations or even the Crusades, it wasn't even due to a difference in a religious belief so much as the fact that they tried to kill us specifically BECAUSE they saw religion and even God-given morality itself as utterly meaningless in itself. And loving your enemies? The Hippies loved our enemies in Vietnam, often rooting for them instead of against them even when they tried to murder us Christians. That's not something I intend to practice precisely because by loving your enemies, you're increasing the likelihood of your enemies wiping all of us out because we say "feel free to kill us, because that's how we express our love." It's flat out suicidal that probably WILL leave us Christians extinct. And the reason I know if I become an atheist, I will inevitably become a mass murderer is precisely BECAUSE it's been recorded frequently, like with Lenin and Stalin. And even Conservapedia itself notes the direct links between Atheism and Mass Murder. If them committing mass-murder and constantly persecuting us towards extinction is not a reason to fear them enough to have a us versus them attitude, I don't know what does.

::As far as atheism and autism, those studies clearly didn't predict someone who is autistic and yet actually adheres to the Catholic religion in a serious manner. I also know a few fellow people with aspergers who actually do adhere to religions (two being Jewish, Jewish enough to go to Synagogue at least, and one being a protestant.), being part of a think tank. Granted, some of them are closer to liberal while I'm conservative, but even still, they definitely held to a religion and were not atheists.
