They don't really seem to understand that just because something is on the frontiers of physics doesn't mean it's "implausible", and black holes' EXISTENCE is unquestioned at this point, they have been observed (indirectly), just haven't got the finer points down like the information paradox. It's frustrating. Also, your email appears broken.
