News Corporation is the parent holding company of many of the world's most ubiquitous brand names. Controlled by media baron Sir Rupert Murdoch, it is presently the largest media holding company in the world.

In addition to Temptation, the company is distributing the daytime talk show, The Morning Show with Mike and Juliet, hosted by Mike Jerrick and Juliet Huddy. Twentieth Television also oversees the domestic sales of one of the most extensive libraries of off-net programming in the entertainment industry.

FOX Business Network (FBN) is a 24-hour cable financial news channel delivering real-time information across all platforms impacting both Main Street and Wall Street. Headquartered in New York City—the business capital of the world—FBN is available in more than 50 million homes in major markets across the United States with bureaus in Chicago, Los Angeles, Washington, DC and London. The network celebrated its fifth anniversary in January 2006 with the launch of NGC HD, which provides in stunning high definition the spectacular imagery for which National Geographic is known. NGC has carriage with all of the nation's major cable and satellite television providers, making it currently available to more than 66 million homes.

News Corporation's roots are in Australia, beginning with a single afternoon newspaper, The News, and its Sunday counterpart in 1954. Newspapers remain News Limited's primary business, and the company publishes more than 100 metropolitan, regional and suburban titles, including the national daily, The Australian. News Limited is also developing a range of new businesses, including online and data services (News Digital Media), pay-television (Foxtel), film and television production (Fox Studios Australia), magazine publishing (News Magazines), music and sports entertainment (National Rugby League; FoxSports Australia).

United Kingdom

News International Limited is the main U.K. subsidiary of News Corp.

Times Newspapers Ltd. publishes The Times and The Sunday Times and News Group Newspapers Ltd. publishes The Sun and now defunct News of the World.

The Times is one of the world’s most famous newspapers, renowned for its ability to deliver accurate, intelligent and engaging information. The Sunday Times is the largest circulation quality Sunday newspaper in the U.K., with more than 3.5 million readers each week; The Sun is the U.K.’s most read tabloid, with more than 7 million readers; and The News of the World was the U.K.’s bestselling tabloid on a Sunday.

NI also publishes the Times Literary Supplement and the group has investments in careers website Milkround.co.uk, the property search engine Globrix.com and the fashion e-tailer BrandaAlley.co.uk.

Newsprinters Ltd. prints all national titles and operates as a contract printing subsidiary for three state-of-the-art printing plants.

United States

In the United States, the New York Post is a mass circulation metropolitan morning newspaper in tabloid format. Since the company reacquired the paper in 1993 it has enjoyed unprecedented circulation growth making it America's fastest growing newspaper. Also America's oldest continuously published daily newspaper, The Post recently celebrated the 200th anniversary of its founding by Alexander Hamilton and is home to several powerful brands: PageSix, The Best Sports in Town and nypost.com.

The Wall Street Journal is the world's leading business publication with more than two million subscribers and is the largest U.S. newspaper by total paid circulation. News Corp's shares in SKY was purchased by Comcast in 2016 with the remaining shares being purchased for £17.28/share following the removal from the London Stock Exchange(LSE).

Hulu is an online video service that offers a selection of hit shows, clips, movies, and more at Hulu.com and 35 destination sites online, including AOL, IMDb, MSN, MySpace and Yahoo!. Hulu's selection of premium programming is provided by nearly 190 leading content companies, including FOX, NBC Universal, ABC, Comedy Central, Lionsgate, MGM, MTV Networks, National Geographic, Paramount, PBS, Sony Pictures Television, and Warner Bros. Television Group.

Founded in March 2007, Hulu is operated independently by a dedicated management team with offices in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago and Beijing. NBC Universal, News Corp., The Walt Disney Company, Providence Equity Partners and the Hulu team share in the ownership stake of the company.
