H.R. 3884, also known as the Marijuana Opportunity Reinvestment and Expungement Act, is the most recent and most successful attempt to legalize marijuana on the national level[1]. Liberals in the House, along with six RINOs[2], have forced this legislation through to the Senate. It is unlikely to pass there.
