Delusional spiraling

Delusional spiraling or AI psychosis is when chatbot users make a proposition and AI agrees. when they make it again, and AI agrees even more, backing it up with arguments that are flat-out false. MIT researchers have found that “ ‘AI psychosis,’ or ‘delusional spiraling’ is an emerging phenomenon where AI chatbot users find themselves dangerously confident in outlandish beliefs after extended chatbot conversations.”
