Liberal propaganda

Liberals who promote the Living Constitution always like to point to Marbury v Madison, and exaggerate what it did. It only declared constitutional limits on its own powers. It refused to do something that it said was unconstitutional. RSchlafly 22:56, 15 September 2008 (EDT)

The text of Marbury is quite clear, it does not sanction their scheme of a living document. That should have a section in the article. Progressingamerica (talk) 21:52, 28 October 2016 (EDT)

Full text of the court's opinion

The full text is not really necessary for the construct of a wiki article. Progressingamerica (talk) 21:52, 28 October 2016 (EDT)

Gold letters
