Mercury (automotive)

Mercury was a sub brand of Ford. It slotted between standard Fords (usually the same car with upgraded features) and Lincoln in terms of luxury. Most of their vehicles were slightly more upscale versions of Ford products.
However, Ford later discontinued the Mercury line, concentrating on Ford for entry- and mid-level products and Lincoln for luxury models.
