Wayne Levere Hays (May 13, 1911 – February 10, 1989) was an Ohio Democrat who represented the state's 18th congressional district in the United States House of Representatives from the late 1940s until the mid-1970s. He was previously a member of the Ohio Senate, and the mayor of Flushing prior to that.
