Thomas Ellsworth Martin (January 18, 1893 – June 27, 1971), usually referred to as Thomas E. Martin, was a Republican from Iowa who served as the state's U.S. representative and senator from the late 1930s to the early 1960s. He is particularly known for having shifted his position on foreign aid.
