Ted Lieu (b. 1969 in Taiwan) is a member of the United States House of Representatives and House Judiciary Committee from California. Lieu is an anti-constitutionalist and outspoken opponent of free speech.[1] Bre Peyton of The Federalist wrote,
"Lieu’s comments fall in line with the Democratic Party’s platform, which explicitly calls for overturning the First Amendment to enable lawmakers to regulate who can say what about politicians."[2]
Two weeks later Peyton was dead at the age of 26 of mysterious causes.
