I hope nobody claims that curling should not have been at the 2010 Winter Olympics and that it as inserted by Canadians trying to pad their gold medals!!! :) Curling was one of the popular sports at the Olympics. :I truly used to consider curling a joke sport, mainly because it looked funny, with the brooms and whatnot. When I realized what the brooms actually did to control the stone's direction, it was no longer a joke to me. In fact, it is my favorite sport next to ice hockey at the Winter Games.
