I'm dividing global warming and global warming controversy. I'd like Global warming to be exclusively about the scientific topic. --Ed Poor Talk 20:00, 15 October 2007 (EDT)

Climate alarmism, or good sense?

Re: the quote "Senate Minority Report lists four hundred (400) scientists who disagree with the current state of climate alarmism.

This reminds me of the Nazi publication “One hundred scientists against Einstein”. Einstein, by then in the USA, simply smiled when he heard of this, and said “If they had something, just one would have been sufficient”. It’s a damn shame that Conservatives seem so reluctant to actually CONSERVE something of the greatest value to us all, our own living world. Especially when as Christians, you would think that they might take their stewardship of God’s World a little more seriously. But then, I suppose that if Jesus was around now, he would be driving a Hummer with a rocket launcher. The man who said “Father forgive them for they know not what they do” is supposedly worshipped by the man who said they could only take his precious gun “from his cold, dead hands.” Who can understand this medacious world?
