Super Mario Galaxy is a platform game for the Wii. It is the first Mario game to appear on the system. In the game, Mario travels to far-away galaxies to collect "Power Stars" and rescue Princess Peach from Bowser. The game has an E rating from the ESRB.
Released in 2007, the game was a major critical success for Nintendo and won numerous Game of the Year awards, most notably from popular game review websites IGN and Gamespot.
