The Secretary of Labor is the person in charge of the Department of Labor, in the United States of America. The current officeholder of the position is Eugene Scalia, the son of the late Supreme Court justice Antonin Scalia.

The first Secretary of Labor was not Frances Perkins, a woman, but many other women have held the position, including Elizabeth Dole and Elaine Chao.
