Peter Gutzeit was a Soviet KGB Officer stationed in the United States in the 1930s. Gutzeit was assigned to handle Soviet spy and Democratic Congressman Samuel Dickstein. About 1939, Gutzeit was recalled to the Soviet Union where he was executed in the Great Purge.
