Nissan

Nissan is a Japanese car company and is one of the largest car makers in the world. The original company, Jidosha-Seizo Kabushiki-Kaisha (Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) was established on December 26, 1933, and changed its name to Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. on June 1, 1934.[1] At first, they only sold cars in Japan, but in the 1970s they began importing cars to the United States under the name "Datsun".

Nissan offers one electric car, the Nissan Leaf.
