Mike Crapo, born May 20, 1951 (age 72), is a Republican U.S. Senator and former U.S. Representative from Idaho. Crapo represented the 2nd District of Idaho as a Representative from 1993 to 1998. In 1999 he was elected U.S. Senator and has won every election since then. Over the course of the current Congress Crapo has voted with the majority of Republicans ninety percent of the time. [1]Crapo graduated Cum Laude from Harvard Law School in 1977. [2] He was also a member of the Boy Scouts of America having earned the rank of Eagle Scout in his youth.
