Lucille Roybal-Allard (born June 12, 1941) is the United States Representative for the 40th congressional district of California. She is a member of the Democratic Party. From 2003 to 2013, she represented California's 32nd district, and from 1993–2003, the 33rd district.

She was a member of the California State Assembly from 1986–1992.
