Lousie Slaughter was the former chair of the Democratic House Rules Committee under Speaker Nancy Pelosi. The infamous "Slaughter house rules" made possible passage of the unconstitutional Obamacare Act. Slaughter was a member of the Marxist Congressional Progressive Caucus.
