Template:StubLatin America is Spanish America and Brazil, where Portuguese is spoken. Put another way, Latin America is all of America south of the United States, except Surinaam, Guyana and French Guiana (whch is an integral part of the French Republic). Latin America includes Mexico, Central and South America. Latin America has 523 million people, far more than the United States population of about 300 million. Largely Catholic.
