Norvell Kay Granger (born January 18, 1943) is an American Republican politician from the U.S. state of Texas. She has represented the state's 12th congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives since 1997. She has been the Ranking Member of the United States House Committee on Appropriations since 2019, when Rodney Frelinghuysen retired.

Political Positions

Foreign Policy

Granger voted to condemn President Donald Trump's withdrawal from Syria.[1]

Abortion

Granger until 2020 was pro-choice in policy.[2] In 2020, she joined many GOP reps and senators as well as conservative Democrat representatives Dan Lipinski and Collin Peterson.[3] The reaction has been skeptical if the sudden change on policy was genuine or not.
