Kathy Castor is the United States Representative for the 14th congressional district of Florida. She is a member of the Democratic Party. She was first elected to the House in 2006 to represent Florida's 11th district.

She switched to the 14th district in 2013 to succeed Republican Connie Mack, who instead ran unsuccessfully for the U.S. Senate against the Democrat Bill Nelson.

Castor is the Chair of the House Climate Crisis Committee.
