Kate O'Beirne

Kate O'Beirne (September 23, 1949 – April 23, 2017) was a conservative commentator, author, and editor for National Review.[1] She defended the Defense of Marriage Act and laughed at how its principal sponsor was a polygamist Congressman.[2] She was a native of New York, worked on James Buckley's senator campaign, and wrote for the National Review.[3]
