Justice Democrats is a totalitarian fascist and racist organization that seeks to infiltrate and control the Democratic party.[1] The Justice Democrats, co-run by Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez backed dozens of far-left Democrats in the 2018 midterm elections,[2] electing seven of them. Over 40% of their 78 endorsed candidates were either Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) members or endorsees. Several more were from the Freedom Road Socialist Organization (FRSO) or CPUSA orbits. Justice Democrats also partnered closely with Brand New Congress, which is governed largely by DSA members.[3]

Aiming at single party control, Justice Democrat' executive director Alexandra Rojas said they want to launch Democratic party primary challenges against “white, male corporate Democrats similar to Joe Crowley.”[4] The groups legislative priorities are Medicare for all, abolishing the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency, implementing a Green New Deal.

Justice Democrats has 2.4 million Twitter followers. Two of Justice Democrats' founders, Saikat Chakrabarti and Corbin Trent, are senior staffers in Rep. Ocasio-Cortez' office. Sean McElweem a pollster with Data for Progress works closely with Justice Democrats.

NeverNancy movement

Justice Democrats and Ocasio-Cortez staged a sit-in at Nancy Pelosi’s office in November 2018 shortly after the midterm elections.[5] In January 2019 Justice Democrats released a video showing Ocasio-Cortez discussing primary challenges with the group’s other leaders.

Ocasio-Cortez

Before Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was known around the world as AOC, Justice Democrats put out a call for a spokesperson. Her brother nominated her. Justice Democrats received over 10,000 nominations. Ocasio-Cortez was selected and Justice Democrats organized her election.[6] Ocasio-Cortez credits Justice Democrats for recruiting her to run for Congress in May 2017.

Ocasio-Cortez paid a combined $27,293 to Justice Democrats and to what was effectively its predecessor, Brand New Congress LLC, for administrative, staffing and overhead services from the time she declared her candidacy to her primary victory in 2018, according to FEC records. Ocasio-Cortez only began paying her staffers directly through her campaign cpmmittee beginning in March 2018, according to her campaign reports.[7]

Justice Democrats has aggressively attacked Ocasio-Cortez’s moderate Democrats. Justice Democrats’ corporate filings indicate the group is also partially controlled by Ocasio-Cortez.

Rashida Tlaib

Michigan Rep. Rashida Tlaib was endorsed by Justice Democrats in 2018.
“I am part of a new era of social justice advocates that believe in accountability no matter what party you’re part of,” said newly elected “It’s important to have more people like us running for office and I want to support that.”[8]

Cenk Uygur

Kyle Kulinski and Armenian holoaust denier Cenk Uygur of The Young Turks approached Saikat Chakrabarti and Brand New Congress in January 2017 with the idea to create Justice Democrats.[9] They both were on Justice Democrats PAC board of directors in until December 2017, but Uygur was forced out of the organization Dec. 22, 2017, after what Chakrabarti called “extremely disturbing sexist and racist statements” Uygur made in the early 2000s were unearthed.[10]

Board members Ocasio-Cortez and Chakrabarti were left in control over Justice Democrats after Uygur and Kulinski’s departures, according to an archived version of its website.

Primary hit list

Waleed Shahid, communications director for Justice Democrats said,
“You can tacitly support Medicare for All and a Green New Deal and we still might primary you because there’s energy in the district to find someone more charismatic and compelling who is actually going to be a movement builder.”
