Jill Tracy Jacobs Biden (born June 1951) commonly known as Dr. Jill Pepper is an instructor for Delaware Technical Community College. She is best known as the spouse of former Vice President Joe Biden. They married on June 17, 1977. Jill Biden, who is not a medical doctor, was recommended by Whoopi Goldberg to become Surgeon General during the CCP pandemic.[2]
