In mathematics inclination is the difference in angle between two given planes or axes. In common usage, inclination generally refers to a degree of slope.
It can also mean a particular disposition of mind or character; propensity, for example: a person had little inclination for housekeeping. It could also mean a deviation from the true vertical or horizontal.[1]
